We offer 3 types of delivery services:

Orders placed on Friday (after 1 p.m. EST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed on Monday and shipped accordingly except on Holidays. No Orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following Business Day.
^All deliveries will be made Mon-Fri, excluding holidays with the exception of APO, FPO and PO Boxes, which will be delivered, Mon-Sat, excluding holidays.
*Standard Shipping Charges are based on the weight of the package and shipping address. We provide a shipping charge calculation at the time you click on "verify order" at the bottom of the checkout page.
**For the Two and Next Business day services, the order must be placed by 1 p.m., Eastern Time. The shipment will arrive by the end of the business day. Next Day Orders placed on Friday, will not be delivered until the following Monday.
*Deliveries to ALASKA and HAWAII will incur additional charges of $12.00, over our regular rates and take approximately 3-7 business days.
***Special Note regarding APO, FPO, PO Boxes
- UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or anywhere outside the continental United States. APO, FPO, PO Boxes are shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
- Please allow 9 to 15 days to PO Boxes, and up to 45 days to APO and FPO.
- Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed.
Special Note regarding rural areas
- UPS delivery guarantee during holidays is 3 pm delivery arrival.
- In rural areas, UPS Two and Next Business Day Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed.
- Contact Customer Service, if you need to confirm availability of UPS Two and Next Business Day.
International Shipping
International orders require 10 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. Shipping Charge calculations are provided at the time you click on "verify order" at the bottom of the checkout page.
Duties, Customs and VAT: International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
