30 Day Online Return/Exchange Policy

The bostonjeancompany.com wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

Returning or Exchanging your Item(s)

On Your Own or from Outside the United States & Puerto Rico

1. Detach the Return Form from the packing slip (included with your order shipment), and keep the customer receipt for your records.
2. Mark the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return Form as either Refund or Exchange and note the reason with the appropriate Reason Code.
3. Pack the item(s) to be returned and include the completed Return Form.
4. Send the package via insured mail (you must prepay the postage cost - no C.O.D.) or trackable shipping method to the following address:
